The Brief :

Report to French owners on why their Spanish subsidiary was under-performing.

Achievements :

Through visiting local employees, agents and distributors throughout Spain, I was able to identify the basic problems and recommend solutions.

As a result of my report the Spanish Managing Director was dismissed and I found a replacement Managing Director, looking after the Company in the intervening period.
